A 26-year old non-smoker male complained of dry cough, breathlessness, wheezing for two weeks and had bilateral inpiratory and expiratory wheeze with prolonged expiration.
Investigations revealed eosinophilia. X-ray and CT of the chest showed interstitial involvement. The differential diagnosis in a tropical country is discussed along with the line of management.
